Many people these days are working from home and it creates a whole new set of considerations for companies. Coaches are on the front-line helping people and companies navigate the new world as it unfolds.
At the individual level, people are dealing with their own questions and uncertainties about the future, and many are starting to rethink what their careers might look like. They’re looking at how to leverage what they know and what they’ve done in a way that is relevant and helps others. In a way that’s a little more human.
