Every Hour Counts Toward Your Certification
The program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. You’ll complete 60 training hours both live and self-paced on our student learning portal, 10 mentor coaching hours, including seven group and three one-on-one sessions. You’ll be supported in logging 100 hours of practice coaching. Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the program take?
The Sapphire Coaches Credential Training Program includes all elements required to apply for your Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. Our 16-week program includes a three-hour weekly live classroom meeting on Zoom and approximately 1 – 1.5 hours per week of self-paced learning on our student portal. The core curriculum fulfills the ICF trainings hours requirement, providing 48 live (synchronous) training hours and 12 hours offline (asynchronous) learning on our student portal.
Do I need prior experience?
No experience is needed. If you enjoy helping others, this program is an excellent starting point that equips you with the tools and knowledge needed to become an ICF-Certified coach! Coaches come from all backgrounds and professions. Coaching can be used in personal life, the business world, and so many other places. We teach a universal set of skills in a specific coaching model that can be used with individuals and groups in a variety of environments.
What Language Is Used in the Training?
English is the primary language used in the training. We openheartedly welcome learners from around the world, including those for whom English is a second language. The ICF Credentialing Exam is available with language aids in Chinese (Simplified), French, Spanish and Turkish. Language aids scheduled for future release include Japanese, Arabic, Italian, Russian, Swedish, Czech, German, Hungarian, Korean, Polish, and Portuguese.
How does this program differ from others?
Unlike many coach training programs that focus on quantity of information over depth, the Sapphire Coaches Credential Training Program provides deep learning in a 100% complete package, designed by university professors with extensive background in coaching and instructional design. By the end of the program you’ll clearly understand and be able to apply the information required to apply for the ACC credential. You
will see the relevance of coaching in your current job, business and personal life and be able to apply what you
learn with basic proficiency.
What does the program include?
